In 20 years of working experience I’ve been part of various leading FMCG companies in Food, Confectionary & Beverages sectors. While in marketing, I’ve had the privilege to manage manifesto brands such as Avecrem, Bacardi or Font Vella among others. They have unleashed my passion for the consumer and reassured the importance of inspiring others to look for insights beyond obvious. I’ve lead multiple people centric innovation that create value, and lately, as Inno Committee Executive in Danone I’ve learned to reward & recognize disruptive and leading-edge ideas. By holding global & local positions, I’ve built a sense & respect for the cultural di­erences but put in value the power of building synergies.

My recent experience on the commercial and PRGM area has raised an obsession for pro‑table & sustainable growth and disclosed that the execution is the only strategy consumer see.

Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to lead lots of people, which is the highest & best responsibility I’ve ever had. I strongly believe in teaching people so they can leave, and treat them so they don’t want to.

Currently, she is the Innovation and Marketing Director of Cacaolat. Before, she had been working at Aguas Danone, Cadbury, Panrico, Barcardi and GB Foods.
