For over 45 years, Dian Fossey began to study mountain gorillas in Virunga. Since then there have been many threats suffered by this population, which brought near extinction. This talk will show what are the efforts that enable today we can still see these large primates in their natural habitat, and the importance to keep doing their research. Also, explain what research projects currently being undertaken, including the study of the development and growth of these gorillas.
