Study and conservation of the Great African Mammals

Postgraduate course that gives a practical vision of the diversity, conservation and monitoring techniques of African meso and mega-mammals. That is why it includes a stay in African centers dedicated to the research and conservation of fauna. The necessary tools are provided to carry out censuses, collect field data and apply statistical techniques to solve issues related to the conservation of biodiversity.

The course is led by José Domingo Rodríguez Teijeiro, Professor of Department Zoology and IRBio member.
