Vegetable and roller-crimper covers
On 22nd November 2018, the Ecology Research Group of Agricultural Systems of the University of Barcelona organizes a Technical Conference to be held in Gallecs (Mollet del Vallès) on:
The combined use of crop coverage and the roller-crimper in ecological garden: crop production and soil quality.
It is the 3rd day on this subject, and it will be the final day where we will present the results of the different parameters evaluated (yields and production quality, crop biomass and roofing, effects on grasses, soil temperature data ...) .
And in addition, we will visit our experimental field, where peppers were grown on various vegetal covers crushed with the roller-crimper, to observe various soil profiles.
