The American Society of Public Administration (ASPA) has awarded the prize " William E. and Fredrick C. Mosher Award " for the best article of the year 2009 to the researchers, Daniel Albalate and Germà Bel members of the group of research in Governments and Markets ( GiM ). The rewarded article is “What local policy makers should know about urban road charging: Lessons from worldwide experience” and was published in Public Administration Review in the September/October issue.

This award is great recognition and an evidence of the capacity of our researchers of being among the best.
