General Information
Conference Venue: Aula Magna and Sala de Grados of the Faculty of Philology, University of Barcelona (“Edificio Histórico”). Gran Vía, 585.
Registration: The documentation can be collected on May 16th., between 9 and 10:30 a.m., from the Registration Desk (at the entrance of the “Aula Magna”). Registration can be done at the Registration desk for: 1) the lunch of the opening day (May 16th.), offered by the Organizing Committee (registration before Moon, on May 16th); 2) the Conference Banquet (fee: 45 EUR; registration before Moon, on May 16th); 3) city tour, offered by the Organizing Committee (registration before Moon, on May 16th).
Scientific Events: Plenary lectures, Round-Tables, papers and presentations.
Social Programme: Lunch of the opening day (May 16th, 1:30 p.m.), Conference dinner (May 18th, 9h. p.m.), city tour (May 19th, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.).
Coffee Break: The Organizing Committee offers a Coffee Break every day (morning) to the participants at the Conference (Patio de Ciencias, Edificio Histórico, 1st. floor), at the entrance of the Aula Magna.
Certificates of Attendance: Certificates of attendance and of participation will be made available from May 18th., at the Registration Desk (at the entrance of the Aula Magna).
Lunch: The Organizing Committee will give information about restaurants and cafeterias near the Conference Venue, with different prizes. |
