The article deals with the beginnings of the veneration of Ramon Llull from the 14th to the 16th centuries, and then delves into five artistic works with a Lullian content which were given considerable importance in the declaration of artistic experts responsible for appraising such works in the process of his beatification. The devotion and testimonies of artists who made declarations in the cause of canonization of Ramon Llull are the keys to this study, quite apart from the historic and artistic focus.
