Meteorological Modelling

• Supply meteorological data from the MM5 and WRF models for air quality studies.
• Simulations are configured and adapted to the needs of each client.

Atmospheric Emissions Modelling

• Calculation of emissions injected into the atmosphere: pollutant gases and particles from MNEQA for air quality applications. Spatial and temporary configuration adapted to the needs of each client.
• Inventory emission adaption to apply in air quality models.

Photochemical Modelling

• Use of the modelling systems MM5/CMAQ, WRF/CMAQ and WRF/Chem for diagnostic of forecasting purposes. Numerical simulations are adapted and configured to the needs of each client.
• Calculation of maximun hourly values, 8-h maximums and daily values for main atmospheric pollutants.
• Calculation of the different indexes related with air quality.
• Graphical representation of diagnostic and forecast pollutant concentration values.
• Interpretation of numerical simulations.
• Participation in environmental impact studies.
• Development of forecast air quality systems and operative tools for management and environmental control centres.
