  • Molecular Biophysics (5 ECTS credits, compulsory, spring semester).

  • Cell Biophysics (5 ECTS credits, compulsory, spring semester).
    Professors: Javier Buceta, Jaume Casademunt, Aurora Hernández, Marta Ibañes Miguez, Ignasi Pagonabarraga.
  • Experimental techniques in Biophysics (5 ECTS credits, compulsory, fall semester).

Module: Final Project

ECTS credits: 30

Registration type: Compulsory module. Students must choose either Biophysics Final Project (annual, starting in September) or both Biophysics Final Project I and Final Project II.

Transversal skills

The following aspects will be promoted: interdisciplinarity, oral and written communication, organization and planning, teamwork, information gathering, data processing and interpretation, knowledge transfer, computational and experimental skills, analysis and synthesis abilities, creativity, initiative and critical reasoning. As specific abilities and competences of the master in Biophysics, we stress the acquisition of knowledge of a wide variety of biophysical phenomena, and the ability to interact with professionals in different disciplines such as Physics and Biology.
