Master Oficial en Biotecnologia Molecular

Structure

ACADEMIC YEAR 2012-2013:

Molecular Biotechnology Master of 60 ECTS credits.

This master can be followed by students that wants afterwards to follow with the PhD and also by students that want to reinforce the biotechnological knowledge.

Student who have never attended classes of Molecular Biology,must take. before begining the specific courses of the master, an addicional course of Molecular Biology

To asses 60 credits students must take the two compulsatory courses (10 credits in Total) plus 6 optional courses to be chosen between all the optional courses (30 credits in Total) and the Research Project (20 credits in Total)

	Research Project

The experimental work of the Research Project can be performed in a Research Group or in a company. For doing the research work in a Company student must present a CV before August and pass an interview. Strict selection is performed by companies and not always is possible to go there.Master has around 10 positions in companies, but a high selection between studens is performed also by the commitee of the master.
