Acquisition of advanced knwoledge, skills and competences relevant on critical and emergency patient care.
Integration of evidence-based practice standards for caring patients with acute heatlh problems.
On completion of the Master, the students will have acquired the following skills and abilities:
Identify and prioritize problems in critical care patients.
Use of most common instrumentation, procedures and techniques utilized in critical patients and in emergency situations.
Develop, implement and evaluate healthcare plans and/or clinical guidelines in critical patients.
Maintenance of ethical and responsible attitude with the patient, relatives and remaining healthcare team.
Elaborate a project within the setting of critical patient care.
The Master includes obtaining accreditations of Basic and Advanced Life Support in adults, perdiatrics and trauma, by the Consell Català de Resuscitació.
