A reconstruction of an 18th century pharmacy is the centre of the museum. The origin of the furnishings is unknown; they consist of an arched three-section cordial cabinet and a large rectangular table, decorated in gold, ochre and green polychrome imitation marble. To complete the display, Isamat had a reproduction of the original table made, as well as two large glass-door cabinets in which to exhibit the ceramics and laboratory glass collections, and a large horizontal showcase for old books and pages from the museum's historic herbarium.

From the old College of San Victoriano (1826-1845), the first institution to teach pharmacy in Catalonia and direct forerunner of the Faculty of Pharmacy (1845), the museum preserves very few items of furniture: an armchair and a small folding table (probably dating from the end of the 17th century) and a few other objects, such as a compass and hourglasses which are fire-engraved with the seal of the College.
