Raquel Poveda
Assistant Professor of Pharmacology
Raquel Poveda studied Pharmacy at the Universitat de Barcelona. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2001, at the Universitat de Barcelona, under the supervision of Mª Eulàlia Planas and Margarita Puig. Throughout her research career at the School of Medicine of the Universitat de Barcelona between 2002 and 2009, she mainly focused on the study of drugs combinations for the treatment of pain. Since 2009 she holds a position as a member of the Scientific Police Department of the Catalan Police Mossos d’Esquadra.
