Orvokki is a PhD student in the research group of Dr. Ulla Petäjä-Repo at the University of Oulu, Finland. Her research project concerns GPR37, a GPCR that has been associated with Parkinson’s disease. The special focus of her research is on the mechanism and role of the proteolytic cleavage of the N-terminal domein of GPR37.
