Catalonia. The drawing up and negotiation of the specific agreements took place from the month of July to November of 2001. The Joint Master will begin in April 2002. |

technical standards, financed by the Columbia
University (New York) and led by Walter Mattli. The other
European institutions taking part in this project are specialised
centres of the Oxford University (United Kingdom), and Lund (Sweden) and
