Holotrap Holotrap is an interactive Java application that allows to generating multiple dynamic holographic optical tweezers in real time by just clicking and dragging the mouse. The software is under GPL license, and implements the random and binary mask method to speed up the hologram generation. SLM adaptation and aberration correction are taken into account.
