How to get it

In order to get the UB card, fill in the application to register Som UB P. Acadèmic (Word document) with all your personal details, specify if you would like your card with financial features or not, enclose a photograph and send it to the general affairs office of the faculty or to the unit you belong to.

Reception of the card

• If you have the card with financial features: you will be able to pick it up in the Caixa Catalunya office which you have specified. When the card is made you will receive a letter indicating that you can pick it up.

• If you have the card without financial features: the card will be sent to the general affairs office of the faculty or to the unit you belong to.

What to do in case of loss, damage or other problems

• If you have the card with financial features: contact your Caixa Catalunya office to solve the problem and the general affairs office or the unit you belong to, in order they give you a provisional timecard.

• If you have the card without financial features: send the application to claim (Word document) to the general affairs office of the faculty or to the unit you belong to, in order they give you a provisional timecard.
