How to get it

If you are a new student, you have to fill in an application form at the time of the registration and hand it in together with an original coloured photo, such as a size photograph, in the arranged desk for that, whenever you register within the official periods for the students of the first course; out of these terms you will have to hand it in at the secretary's office for students of the faculty.

Reception of the card

• If you have the card with financial features: you will be able to pick it up at the Caixa Catalunya office which you have specified. When the card is made, you will receive a letter indicating that you can pick it up.

• If you have the card without financial features: the University of Barcelona will send it to you to your address.

What to do in case of loss or robbery

• If you have the card with or without financial features: call Línia Total de Caixa Catalunya,
  phone 93 479 99 14, which is available 24 hours all the days of the week.

What to do in case of damage or other problems

• If you have the card with financial features : contact your Caixa Catalunya office to solve the problem.

• If you have the card without financial features: send the application to claim (Word document) and hand it in at the secretary's office for students at your faculty.
