 Directing
and overseeing the general management of the University's
resources under the direction of the rector and following
the guidelines established by the Governing Council
and the Board of Trustees.
 Developing
and applying procedural criteria to facilitate greater
operability in University administration; overseeing
the compliance of UB personnel with the University's
safety, health and environmental regulations, so as
to facilitate and guarantee the secure working conditions
of all personnel in their professional activities.
 The
assumption of responsibilities for the professional
activity of the University's administrative and services
staff, in meetings with the rector and before the Senate.
