 Management
of the centre’s libraries and specialist resources.
 Organization
of the offices providing customer services, and of customer
access to learning- and research-related information.
 Responsibility
for library acquisitions; responsibility for the technical
processing by which learning and research materials are organized
and made available (including the cataloguing, classification,
conservation, restoration and acquisition of documents).
 Provision
of assistance to teacher development programs and innovation
projects related to teaching, and to the preparation of electronic
dossiers and other teaching resources via the customer service
points at the different CRAI centres.
 Management
of the edition and publication of teaching and research resources.
