Penal system, youth and minors

Objectives

  • analyse the functioning of the criminal system regarding youth and minors in Catalonia
  • contribute to improve the current treatment received by this group from the Juvenile/Minor Justice Systems, mainly through the discussion of judicial and police criterions established, measures adopted, interventions made and legislative evolution
  • make a contribution about the juridical and social treatment of minors as imputable persons
  • develop proposals which allow to improve the situation of the minor inside the Juvenile Justice System in Catalonia
