This official master’s degree constitutes the current version of what was formerly the European master’s degree Penal System and Social Problems, directed by Professor Roberto Bergalli until the year 2006 and delivered in the framework of the European Common Study Programme on Criminal Justice and Critical Criminology, which itself had been taught for over twenty years in the European universities listed above.
