Venue

The workshop will take place in the town of Lepe between May 31st and June 4th.

Lepe is a small city (near 25,000 inhabitants) located in the southwest of Spain, in the Huelva province. It is well known for its long beaches and its excellent, mostly sea-derived, gastronomy. The city council will provide us with a place to carry out the scientific sessions in the area known as La Antilla, located by the sea.

 

Accommodation

Attendants will stay at Puerto Antilla Grand Hotel located very close to the workshop venue, which offers a special price for attendants. Prices per person (including breakfast) will be as follows:

Travel

The closest airport (80 km) is Faro in southern Portugal. We will inform you in the third circular how to get from the airport to Lepe and viceversa. As soon as you make your travel arrangements, let us know your arrival and departure time by e-mail at jmdegibert@ub.edu. Please, do it before April 30th. We will try to organize transportation from and to the airport.

The Sevilla airport is located a little farther from Lepe, 130 km. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend to fly to Faro to make easier the organization of airport pick-up and drive to.
