Applicants must be in possession of one of the following qualifications:

• an official university certificate from a Spanish university;
• a certificate issued by an institution in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) which entitles the applicant to admission in an official master’s degree program (officially translated).
• a non-EHEA issued degree certificate which has been granted validation or which has been officially recognised by the UB as equivalent to a Spanish qualification.

  The applicant's admission in an official master’s degree program in the UB does not entitle him or her to the recognition or validation of a previous degree certificate.

The following points will also be considered:  

• Professional or research experience related to the content of the master’s degree, including teacher training and educational assessment.
• Publications in the field.
• Possession of grants or scholarships to fund the period of study required for the master’s degree (the coordination committee may offer applicants provisional admission on the condition of successful application for funding).
• Knowledge of foreign languages.
