The Supervisory Board is the network’s final decision-making body. It consists of representatives of all institutions, including representatives of the associated industrial partners and the Network Coordinator (NC). The Supervisory Board defines the skills requirements for the recruited ESRs, taking into account the needs of all sectors and ensuring an adequate exploitation of synergies and complementarities amongst the network partners and the appropriate extent of complementary skills training within the training programme.
The day-to-day consortium management is in the hands of the Management Team, including the NC and the Consortium Manager. The Management Team oversees the execution of the decisions made by the Supervisory Board and is the contact point with the European Commission as well as the industrial partners.
The Recruitment Committee is responsible for the recruiting procedures, and it recommends recruiting decisions to the Supervisory Board.
The Gender Action Committee advises the Supervisory Board, the Management Team and the Recruitment Committee on gender issues.
Six WP-Coordinators are in charge of the scientific running of the project tasks.
