The Neural Developement Group is interested in the identification of mechanisms of neuronal development and regeneration in the mice brain cortex. On one side, our aim is to elucidate the in vivo effect of neurotropic factors, such as BMP7 and BDNF, on neuronal migration and radial glia during normal development.  On the other side, we are characterizing the in vitro behaviour of neurons and glial cells in response to different biomaterials.
