The School of Gemmology is a valuable resource for all those who are interested in precious stones, their synthesis and their imitations. As well as providing the scientific and technical training to work in gemmology, the school supports research and and organizes courses, seminars and conventions on gemmology.
The UB’s university extension courses are study programs of different periods of length designed to provide in-service training for professionals, and applicants need not have previous training qualifications to enrol.
