PENSA Project – 2020-1-FR01-KA226-HE-095142

The project for a Professionalization of Teachers using Digital Technology to Support Autonomy and Citizenship (PENSA) is part of the Erasmus+ Action key 2 mission, “Strategic cooperation in Higher Education.” Christine Appel, Jackie Robbins and Blanca Cristòfol (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) participate in this project which is coordinated by Marco Cappellini  ( Aix-Marseille Université).  It addresses two current issues in higher education and society. The first is the need for training and infrastructure to deliver hybrid, remote and/or co-modal education (i.e., classroom-based education delivered simultaneously to online students) in the wake of the pandemic. The second issue is the need to educate young people about the psychological, sociological, economic and social implications of using social networking sites (Facebook, YouTube, etc.).  https://pensa.univ-amu.fr/en
