About us
The objectives
of the observatory are:
· To promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
· To offer a diagnostic and recommendations by identifying research areas that are covered and those that are not.
· To add up efforts and investigation results and to make them accessible and easy to find.
· To communicate research and innovations from other countries and disseminate these ideas. Make these improvements accessible to the formulation of dependency policies.
· To organize several workshops and meetings.
