Humboldt Research Fellowships for Postdoctoral and Experienced Researchers – Call for Applications
Researchers from outside Germany with above average qualifications may apply for a Humboldt Research Fellowship. This funding allows researchers at the beginning of their careers or experienced researchers which have a record of several years of academic work to carry out long-term in Germany. In the first case, applicants must have completed their doctorate in the last four years. In the second case, researchers must have been awarded a PhD less than twelve years ago. Applicants choose their own topic of research and their academic host. The Humboldt Foundation grants approximately 500 fellowships for postdoctoral researchers and experienced researchers annually. Applications may be submitted online at any time.
