Trainee Position at the OECD Development Centre for a MSc or PhD student in Economics – Call for Applications
The OECD Development Centre is looking for a trainee to contribute to the work of the Development Centre on international migration and development, in particular in the framework of the project Assessing the Economic Contribution of Labour Migration in Developing Countries as Countries of Destination (ECLM). The trainee will in particular work on the fiscal effects of immigration in Costa Rica. Only Master or PhD students in economics are eligible for this position. Candidates need to demonstrate good knowledge of socio-economic issues on migration and development or fiscal systems and taxes. The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis on the fiscal effects of immigration in developing countries, the development of a methodological framework to be applied in Costa Rica, the collection and analysis of data, the preparation of tables and graphs for inclusion in papers, presentations and other outputs.
