The University of Barcelona, through the Pharmacy Faculty, has set up
on 1996 the Service of Development of Medicines (SDM), only in
Catalonia and Baleares, to update its teaching and research, and,
as befits the times we live in, to make possible the necessary collaboration
between the university and the pharmaceutical industry.

The SDM receives two american students for a practice period.

Beginning of the 5th. Edition of Galenic and Industrial Pharmacy Specialty. The students will perform their practice at the SDM.
