IEMed and UB-AQR will host the Final SEARCH Academic Conference – HOW TO STRENGTHEN EU – NCS RELATIONSHIPS on February 10th-11th 2014 in Barcelona. The European Union’s relations with its Southern and Eastern neighbours will be the focus of the Conference.
