Reservations of stand exhibition space only become effective on payment of the corresponding fee.
The contracting parties will be allowed to choose their exhibition space on the strict basis of order of application.

INFORMATION, CONTRACTUAL TERMS & OTHER CLARIFICATIONS
Setting up and dismantling the exhibition stands
Exhibition stands can be erected on June 8th between 08:00 and 22:00; and before the inauguration of the Congress on June 9th. All stands should be set up before the inauguration so as not to disrupt the Congress.
The stands can be dismantled on 14th June once the Congress has terminated. All stands should be taken down by 22:00.

Terms of payment
Having established with the organisers the amount of space you wish to hire, send the contract form together with a cheque for the full amount or for 50% of the price. Should you choose the second payment option, the remaining fee should be paid before 1st May, 2002.
Cheques should be made out to:
Universitat de Barcelona. 14th Surfactants in Solution Symposium.
Should the interested party fail to comply with these conditions, the organisers shall assume the contracting party is no longer interested in the exhibition space and shall therefore forfeit its rights to this space.
Contractual duties and general conditions
Any firm causing any damage to the exhibition installations shall be held liable to the University of Barcelona.
Once the Congress has terminated, the exhibitors undertake to leave the contracted space in the condition in which it was found and to withdraw all their merchandise.
If for reasons beyond our control the Congress has to be cancelled, the exhibitors undertake not to bring any legal actions against the organisers. In such an event, the Congress will return all fees paid, withholding a percentage to meet the costs incurred.
