Secretary’s Office
The Secretary’s Office deals with public enquiries and provides support to the different areas in the Language Services. It is responsible for the following:
- Information and customer service
- Student enrolment and administrative management of courses
- Economic management
- Management of freelance personnel
- Procedural administration and management of publications, and maintenance of publication directories
