Purpose of data processing

To manage enquiries regarding language use and rights at the University of Barcelona received via the enquiries mailbox.

Lawful basis

User consent, which may be withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effect.

Period of storage

Data will be stored for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any responsibilities that may derive from their use.

Recipients

The data recipients are the University and those responsible for processing the data, where applicable. Your data will not be transferred to third parties, unless under legal obligation.

Rights of the data subject

You may access your data, request the rectification of incorrect data, request erasure of your data, request data portability and request restriction of processing of your data by writing to the General Secretary’s Office at the postal address Secretaria General de la Universitat de Barcelona (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585, 08007 Barcelona) or at the email address (secretaria.general@ub.edu). It is necessary to attach a copy of your DNI, NIE, passport or identity document.
