The Department of Statistics of the University of Barcelona is
located at the Faculty of Biology and was founded on
November 1986 from the Unitat Docent de Bioestadística , a subset of the Genetics Department.Department's
courses are offered in the following
Faculties: Biology, Geology, Chemical Engineering,
Geography and Econometrics (Statistics School).
