Microarrays

In recent years I have taught different microarray data analysis courses. I used to keep a separate page for each course, but it not only meant to kept obsolete material, but also occuped lots of space.

Recently I decide to put all the materials together in a web page that I will try to maintain and homogeneiz so that it can be useful for mr or for any interested practitioner.
