tramod :: Trajectories of modernity

The research group Projeto Democracia Participativa (PRODEP) led by professor Leonardo Avritzer at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and the TRAMOD project will organise together at Belo Horizonte, Brazil, the international workshop  entitled ‘Conflitos, Democracia e Mudança Social: Maneiras de pensar o Brasil contemporâneo’, which aims at bringing together different interpretations that help us think about the social and structural transformations that Brazil has gone through in recent years.
