Ordinances of the University
Ordinances for the reform and permanent foundation of the Estudi General University of the city of Barcelona. Barcelona: Iaume Cortey's house, 1560 (on 17 July 1560).
The Barcelona Estudi General became an estudi general with all faculties in 1559, when full teaching activity was achieved. That same year, the Council of One Hundred granted full powers to the councillors to draw up what might be considered the first regulations for the Estudi General. Following the ordinances published in 1560, a second set of regulations was issued in 1596.
