On the left can be seen the facilities corresponding to the departments of Economic and Business and Business Studies, and also Law, while on the right are the sports facilities, the faculties of Physics and Chemistry, Fine Arts, Geology, Biology and the former Faculty of Geography and History, now the site of the Science Park.
The Pedralbes university area saw intensive construction activity deriving from the natural growth of the University after 1957, when the first faculty was built.
