The series Literature and Cinema includes the screening of a selection of works of Spanish literature made into film, presented by professors in the Department of Spanish.
The first work, screened on Tuesday 14 April, is La tía Tula, by Miguel de Unamuno. The other selected works are El bosque animado, by Wenceslao Fernández Flórez; La colmena, by Camilo José Cela; Réquiem por un campesino español, by Ramón J. Sender, and Los santos inocentes, by Miguel Delibes.
