The 28th Musical Season at the University offers a musical trip that goes from Italian Romanticism to the Middle Ages. Giuseppe Verdi and Giacomo Puccini, performed by the soprano Eulàlia Ara and the pianist Giuseppe Tavanti, bring the audience closer to one of the most important love stories of universal literature, Flamenca,a novel that is an ode to joy and freedom. Anton M. Espadaler, translator and editor of the work, presents the novel and Neus Vila offers a dramatized reading.

Entrance is free. However, as the number of seats is limited, tickets are given in the Paranymph Hall before the concert, at 6.30 p.m.
