Session: “Les lleguminoses: una revolució gastronòmica pendent?”
Session aiming to revise and analyze the legume interest in nutrition, their gastronomy potentialities and the current traits that surround the social perception of consuming this food from the experience and dialogue with professionals of the nutrition, gastronomy and communication fields.
