Presentation of the document ʻFood information: ethical, legal and policy issuesʼ
The presentation of the document, which has been coordinated by Itziar de Lecuona and M. José Plana, heads of the Research line "Bioethics, Food and Law", will count with the participation of María Casado, director of the Bioethics and Law Observatory and chairperson of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics of the UB, together with the coordinators of the document and Jordi Portavella, director of the Research and Knowledge Department of the Fundació Bancària la Caixa. Pere Puigdomenèch, CSIC research professor and member of the European Group of Ethics in Science and New Technologies will also participate in this presentation.
