Conference on the Program on Research, Innovation and Improvement of teaching or learning (RIMBA)
The University of Barcelona considers quality teaching as one of its priority objectives; regarding the marked strategy lines by the Program on Research, Innovation and Improvement of teaching or Learning (RIMBA) and the concerns and detected demands among the teaching staff of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in the Bellvitge Health Sciences Campus, there will be a conference on research, innovation and improvement of teaching and learning on November 2 at the Bellvitge Health Sciences Campus.
Dr Amelia Díaz Álvarez, vice-rector for Teaching and Academic Planning, will open the conference organized by Dr José Luís Medina, rector's delegate for research, innovation and improvement of teaching and learning, and Dr Rosa Maria Villalonga, head of teaching innovation in the Bellvitge Health Sciences Campus.
The activity is aimed at all the teaching staff from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and has three main objectives:
- Presenting RIMBA (new strategy guides of the program, presentation of the website and its uses)
- Presentation of the most appropriate teaching innovation lines for teachers.
- Promoting teaching innovation among the teachers of the Campus.
