Session on different local finance models

Session to analyze different local finance models out of the experience of several countries. The main emphasis will be put mainly on the taxation and equalization subsidies the local treasury of the analyzed countries has. The session will also refer to the local administration area organization in each country. Last, there will be an analysis of the situation of local governments in Catalonia.
