During the first three weeks of July, the UB organises a new edition of the International Summer School (UBISS). The international summer courses are open to the general public.
Twelve international courses on environment, bioscience, health, cultural heritage, and current political and social affairs will be given in Spanish and English, which will allow students to combine high-scientific training with an interactive experience and international mobility. All courses last a week and will be delivered in the Historic Building of the UB, in the city centre of Barcelona.
Registration can be done online (www.ub.edu/ubiss), by telephone (944 035 880) and, from the 23rd of May on, at the Secretary’s office for UBISS (UB’s Historic Building, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585). Members of the university community of the UB (students, administrative and service staff, and teaching and research staff) can get a discount on the registration fee.
