The Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacotherapy Unit of the University of Barcelona and the Spanish Cooperative Society for Pharmacy (COFARES) signed an official agreement of collaboration through Bosch i Gimpera Foundation. The aim of the collaboration is to encourage the creation of studies with drugs and aligned actions with the goals of the Training Institute (IFC) of COFARES within the general pharmaceutical field, particularly on clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical care. The agreement also encourages the use of new technologies and their applications in the fields of pharmaceutical management and practical training. Moreover, an economic allowance is established in order to hold the COFARES awards, which allowed Pharmacy students to present communications in national and international conferences.
