In the Galicia meeting it is expected to receive around 2.000 attendants from 20 countries and more than 100 worldwide universities.

The meeting is part of the activities of RedEmprendia, integrated by twenty-eight universities from eight countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, Peru and Portugal) and has Banco Santander and Universia as strategy alliances, the most important Ibero-American university network in entrepreneurship, innovation and R+D knowledge. The University of Barcelona is founding member of RedEmprendia. The representation of the University of Barcelona in RedEmprendia is done in the Barcelona Entrepreneurship Institute (BIE); its director is the representative of the University of Barcelona at the technical committee in RedEmprendia.
